Heather Rogosheske is the coalition coordinator for the Working Together Coalition. Heather is a licensed social worker with a passion for substance abuse prevention. Heather has grown up in the area and plans to continue raising her two children in the community. Heather enjoys being outside, whether it’s camping, swimming, or just soaking up the sun.
Heather began working with the Pine River-Backus Family Center in 2018. For 3 years prior, Heather had worked as a medical social worker at Sanford Medical Center in Bemidji. With this experience she has acquired great insight into substance abuse. She looks forward to making change in the community to create a safe and healthy community.
Nicki joined the Alcohol Tobacco and Other Drug team as Regional Prevention Coordinator (RPC) for the West Central Region in June of 2020. She graduated from Bemidji State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Psychology. Partnering with families and communities in supporting strength-based change has been a passion throughout her career. Prior to becoming an RPC, Nicki was the Youth and Family Service Worker at the Pine River-Backus Elementary School.
