Strategic Prevention Framework RX Coordinator
Heather Rogosheske is the coalition coordinator for the Working Together Coalition. Heather is a licensed social worker with a passion for substance abuse prevention. Heather has grown up in the area and plans to continue raising her two children in the community. Heather enjoys being outside, whether it’s camping, swimming, or just soaking up the sun.
Heather began working with the Pine River-Backus Family Center in 2018. For 3 years prior, Heather had worked as a medical social worker at Sanford Medical Center in Bemidji. With this experience she has acquired great insight into substance abuse. She looks forward to making change in the community to create a safe and healthy community.
Kelly has committed her career to helping youth make safe and healthy choices.
Prior to becoming the Regional Prevention Coordinator, Kelly was the Coalition Coordinator for the Working Together Coalition located in Cass County, MN and prior to that a Juvenile Probation Officer.
During these experiences, Kelly has had the opportunity to learn what youth need to thrive and have used the Strategic Prevention Framework to engage communities in numerous environmental and evidence-based strategies aimed at reducing substance use among youth.
Kelly also had the opportunity to work with Community Coalitions and individuals, both personally and through a contract with DHS ADAD, providing consultation and training around Substance Abuse Prevention.
